Living in Seoul

myroom.jpg

Finally moved to Seoul last week. Have rented a small room, but well furnished with a cupboard, table, tv and a small freeze. You can see the pictures in my photo gallery. The room is about 8 feet by 8 feet without any windows; it does have AC.

I live in the fifth floor with a common kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room. My floor has 7 rooms with 6 rooms being occupied so far. As I'll be spending most of my time outside during weekdays I will not have to be confined for many hours in my small room.

Monday to Friday from 9 in the morning till 6 in the evening I work in a Korean IT company. I have classes 3 days a week (mon - wed) from 7pm to 10 pm. The classes are conducted in Korean so I have to learn the language as fast as possible. Any tips on learning the language fast ???

Well, today is my first day at work with nothing do, so grabbed the opportunity to update my weblog. I have been designated technical writer and will be writing documents and manuals for software that are developed by the company. The company is called Choice Korea.
